Light a Candle
Benjamin Emmanuel Macchione, age 87, passed away peacefully in Hospice in Sebastian, Florida on September 26th, 2021 after a long and valiant battle with cancer. He attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and was also in the US Army from 1957-1962. He was an electronical engineer and worked for Raytheon and the Metz Corporation. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 39 years, Connie Macchione of Sebastian, Florida, 4 sons, Joseph, Mark, Mike, and Andrew, 2 step sons, Bill Wilder and David Wilder both in New Hampshire, a step daughter, Jeanine Sabella of Fort Pierce, Florida, 15 beloved grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, countless nieces and nephews and numerous friends. He is predeceased in death by his brothers, Joseph and Daniel and his sister, Rose. He had a larger than life personality and an infectious laugh. He loved fishing and was an avid golfer most of his life. A service will be announced at a later date. Funeral services to be provided by Ammen Funeral home in Palm Bay, Florida.
